I learned a lot and had a lot of fun taking lessons from Sam. In helping me improve my technique, he emphasized what I was doing well and my natural strengths more than just correcting what I was not doing properly. We also explored and identified my habits outside of class that were helping or hindering my condition for singing. The range of music that I was able to work on with Sam made lessons very enjoyable – Sam clearly has deep knowledge of specific genres such as musical theatre, but he is able and happy to teach everything from pop, R&B, to jazz and even rap. I would strongly recommend Sam as a singing teacher.
