Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours of notice are eligible for a refund or coupon for rescheduling. You could also reschedule using the link in your initial booking email.

Please be aware that any cancellations where you request a refund will include a fee of $10 to cover PayPal fees.
