I am 45 years old and had wanted to take lessons all my life, and finally made the time to do it. Sam was recommended to me from a friend and I have enjoyed taking lessons from him. He is great teacher who thrives on technique. Although you might not always think the technique is helping, as some of the exercises are weird at times, and makes you wonder how this is helping you sing, the technique that Sam teaches works. I have been surprised at how far along my voice has come in three months. Simply amazed. I can actually hold a key. My range has gotten better, and I actually know when I am off key. The technique he uses is amazing and with practice I actually feel like I can sing. I still have a lot of work to do, but Sam has given me a great foundation. I would recommend Sam to anyone for singing lessons. He is great teacher and has been blessed with a talent that I’m glad he is sharing with other’s.
